Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate, Data Analyst to lead critical data analysis and reverse engineering efforts. The selected candidate will:

• Define authoritative sources, systems of record, and manage anomaly detection.
• Perform comprehensive root cause and gap analysis.
• Engage closely with Application and Testing teams to comprehend data needs.
• Work alongside business units to develop KPIs and business metrics.
• Consult on enterprise source definitions and physical data model construction.
• Support test scenario definitions and script preparations for comprehensive QA testing.
• Lead user acceptance testing and defect resolutions.
• Reverse engineer mainframe applications to ensure robust data systems.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 3 years of related experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields + 5 years of related experience.

Skills:

• Proficient in SQL, Oracle, Toad, Hadoop, COBOL, PL/1, JCL, and Python.
• Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Adept at system test planning and executing various test scenarios.
• Knowledgeable in the life insurance and annuity domains.
• Skilled in ETL processes and data integration using various tools.
