Key Responsibilities:

As a dedicated Senior Associate, your role is pivotal in managing and maintaining the integrity of lab data across various Pfizer studies:

• Review and configure the Lab Normal Management Tool accurately as per protocol and lab Case Report Forms (CRFs).
• Create and maintain protocol-specific templates to efficiently capture essential lab parameters.
• Ensure seamless management of Lab Identifiers (IDs) and regular update of reference ranges in our databases.
• Provide steadfast support for both local and central lab IDs, and maintain a comprehensive Lab Test Questions Library with relevant units and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Data Acquisition team for accurate mapping and coding of lab tests.
• Develop and update SOP documents, guidelines, and ensure compliance with Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) and LOINC codes.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new safety lab data derivations and validations.
• Offer expert guidance to study management on the collection and accuracy of reference range documents, and resolve any lab data discrepancies.

• Profound expertise in laboratory data management within a clinical research setting.
• Strong technical abilities with experience in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and data standardization practices.
• Capability to lead process improvements and data management initiatives effectively.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, crucial for working with cross-functional teams.
