Make Your Impact within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company

Join Bill’s Virtual Card Operations team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in growing our payment network. The selected Senior Analyst will perform insightful analyses of our payment network to drive operational decision-making and growth strategies. You will track and report on Key Performance Indicators and the success of major initiatives, and work directly with payment team leaders to perform root cause analyses and provide deliverables to leadership.

Utilize tools such as Python, AWS Athena, Tableau, dbt, and Salesforce to write scripts, gather data, perform analyses, and develop recommendations. You will interact with clients and leaders to intake problem statements and requirements, partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify solution frameworks, and actively code and provide thoughtful analyses suitable for consumption. We’d love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
• 5 years of experience working with Python
• 5 years of experience developing scripts
• 5 years of experience working with SQL
• 2+ years working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing their expectations
• 2+ years managing, mentoring, and guiding direct reports or peers
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau
• A natural curiosity for learning new technologies
• The drive to deliver accurate and thoughtful results in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand highly complex, technical requirements
• Experience with coding best practices and version control software
• An ability and interest in diving deep into large data sets to extract actionable insights

Nice to haves:

• Experience working with APIs or other technical coding projects
• Experience building and/or deploying statistical models

The estimated base salary range for this role in Draper, UT is $97,200—$121,100 USD. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. The range of each role and job level is based on a variety of factors, including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location.
