As a Senior Data Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic team, working alongside top regional analysts to harness modern analytical and visualization tools that address day-to-day regional challenges.

What You'll Do

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Drive and support innovative projects by transforming complex data into compelling narratives that influence business decisions and offer clear, actionable insights.
• Define and maintain critical business metrics, instrumenting and tracking their performance.
• Conduct experiments and develop state-of-the-art dashboards and data visualizations to convey findings to leadership.
• Provide technical mentorship within the team, guiding through complex data-driven landscapes.
• Coordinate closely with the data engineering team to define clear requirements and maintain high standards of data quality.

What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in a data-focused role, dealing with internal or external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and the ability to formulate complex SQL queries.
• The capability to craft compelling stories from data insights for leadership consumption.
• A proven track record of generating significant impact through data while leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership properties with excellent communication skills and proactive stakeholder engagement.
