This platform supports strategic planning, regulatory and client reporting, operational automation, and drives both cost efficiency and revenue growth.

The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Paxos, you will work closely with our Data, Engineering, and various business units to drive analytics and optimization across multiple domains, such as Compliance, Finance, and Product Development. You will play a crucial advisory role and will be instrumental in enhancing our business intelligence capabilities, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our data architecture to enhance Paxos products and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand and address data requirements.
• Formulate data measurement strategies for our products.
• Streamline and automate operational processes through innovative data solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in data analytics to improve business decisions and educate team members.
• Be a data advocate and expert within your dedicated areas, advising on data integration in product development.

About You

You bring over 7 years of experience, with a significant background in:

• Translating business needs into data-driven solutions and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conducting thorough data analysis, preferably with experience in fintech or financial markets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI/Visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sisense.
• Working independently in dynamic, ambiguous environments, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Scripting languages like Python or R, and in-depth knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.

Experience with blockchain data analytics is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

Paxos believes in offering a competitive compensation package, including equity. For this role, the salary range in the United States is $157,500—$185,500 USD, depending on your experience and qualifications.
