About the Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a pivotal early member of our growing team, playing a crucial role in shaping our engineering culture and building robust data systems. You will:

• Empower company-wide data utilization to its full potential.
• Master our complex data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with various teams including Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations to deliver high-impact projects.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and pipeline.
• Drive internal process improvements such as automating manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit, mission-driven with excellent presentation skills.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with experience in relational databases and big data architectures.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and manage large, disconnected datasets.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Data Engineer role with a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems.

Experience with healthcare data, cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, and tools like Python, Java, Spark, or Kafka is highly advantageous but not required.
