We are in search of a Senior Data Science Consultant. The role involves providing high-quality machine learning solutions using the Microsoft Azure suite. You will require intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, Scala, and/or Apache Spark, and understand how to explore, preprocess, join, and ingest data. Ideal candidates have experience in customer-facing roles and have driven technical and economic value discussions with client technology executives that influence key decision-making and ML implementation. You will be part of a leading team working on globally-relevant challenges. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting high-performance, reliable, and scalable machine learning solutions. Clear communication of technical details to technical and management teammates. Assisting the business development team with pre-sales activities and RFPs. Actively coaching and managing team members to improve talent and quality. Prioritizing tasks to ensure the team is focused on the most valuable work. Determining requirements through customer discovery meetings. Supporting the sales team from a technical perspective. Leading the creation of reference implementations and best practices, and training sellers and partners in your area of expertise. Identifying, validating, and growing opportunities to accelerate Azure use in high-potential customer accounts, in collaboration with the sales team. Requirements include at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Information Technology, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, or another related quantitative field. A minimum of 5 years' experience with data science, machine learning, Azure technologies, and previous consulting. Knowledge of Databricks development, at least two programming languages among Python, Spark, and Scala. An eagerness to contribute in a team environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. You must have an analytical approach to problem-solving, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in leading technical project teams. 3Cloud is a Gold-Certified Microsoft Azure technology consulting firm that delivers strategic, design, implementation, acquisition, and ongoing managed services to diverse industries. Base Salary Range: $108,000—$182,000 USD.
