Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in crafting advanced ML/AI models that translate business challenges into robust analytics solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaboratively identifying business needs and crafting mathematical models to address them.
• Developing, coding, and analyzing data models geared towards specific business outcomes.
• Leveraging a diverse pool of data including brand, financial, customer satisfaction, CRM, and third-party datasets.
• Utilizing cutting-edge GenAI tools and technologies such as Databricks and Apache Spark to bring machine learning models into production.
• Ensuring the creation of intuitive and impactful reports that drive strategic business actions.

Work Environment:

This position is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, incorporating the latest innovations such as LLM and GenAI to drive significant impacts. Collaboration across departments to turn insights into strategic actions will be a fundamental part of your role, supporting Marketing and Sales teams directly.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in data science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and distributed SQL platforms like Snowflake and Delta tables.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Scala, and tools like Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Expertise in developing predictive models and familiarity with MLOps frameworks like MLFlow.
• Experience in using advanced AI technologies, including OpenAI, Llama, and DBRX.
• Ability to build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions.
• Capability to create visually compelling outputs that enhance decision-making processes.
