About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist passionate about Gen AI to join our Automation & Digital team based in Noida, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Gen AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design and execute experiments to test and validate Gen AI models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support Gen AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and related technologies.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior data scientists and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in data science and machine learning to continuously improve methodologies and technologies.

About You

• 3-5 years of full-time work experience as a data scientist
• A postgraduate degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV, PIL, and scikit-image.
• A solid understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing innovative solutions.
