What Will Your Role Encompass?

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing Customer Engagement by leading the development, deployment, and integration of data science methodologies.
• Creating and delivering valuable analytical assets, employing sophisticated techniques, and integrating these processes into comprehensive solutions.
• Exploring new trends and collaborating with external partners to forge inventive solutions to business challenges.
• Liaising between different business units to articulate and streamline approaches and solutions in Customer Engagement, impacting areas like Enterprise & Business, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Utilizing your curiosity and unique problem-solving skills to explore alternative solutions to complex problems.
• Driving parts of the Data Science roadmap and mentoring colleagues to enhance data literacy across departments.

Are You the Perfect Candidate?

We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about data science but also thrives in applying knowledge to generate impactful business outcomes. You should have:

• Extensive experience in data analytics, machine learning, AI, or related fields.
• A track record of developing large-scale machine learning systems using big data tools and programming languages such as R, Spark/Scala, Java, or Python.
• Experience applying machine learning algorithms like SVM, decision trees, logistic regression, and others in solving real-world business issues.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., PEGA, Salesforce), and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and lead in the analytics domain.
