Join Haleon as a Senior Data Specialist, a pivotal role within our TPF team that ensures stringent adherence to Haleon GxP and compliance procedures. Reporting to and supporting the Data Principal, you will take responsibility for Data Governance requirements for global standard costs and transfer prices held in the SAP Intercompany Profit Tracking (ICT) system.

About the Role

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing periodic data setting (currently annual)
• Handling day-to-day (BAU) changes
• Participating in business change projects

Your primary focus will be on BAU changes, ensuring swift resolution of emerging issues to maintain a smooth supply chain while upholding global trade, financial, legal, and fiscal compliance.

You will support the Data Principal with various ad-hoc requests, activities, and projects aligned with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Specialist, you will:

• Apply personal resilience, prioritization, collaboration, and time management to achieve team and wider TPF & GFS objectives/KPIs/roadmap.
• Exhibit Haleon behaviors in all your activities.
• Oversee outsourced BPO team members (Genpact) daily.
• Work collaboratively across GFS, TPF, and other Haleon teams to avoid siloed working.
• Strive to simplify messaging about Haleon’s Trading Partner operating model, Intercompany profit elimination processes, and the ICT system.
• Build a broad network of stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance teams, manage escalations, and gather regular feedback.
• Continuously drive improvements in end-to-end processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness suitable for an FMCG company.
• Create sustainable processes with robust governance, precise escalation routes, clear RACIs, and regularly updated documentation (e.g., SOPs, policies, learning plans).
• Support relevant training and access provisioning requirements for global teams.
• Facilitate regular communication with global Finance and non-Finance teams to share information/instructions and enhance understanding of ICO systems and processes.
• Ensure controls & processes, including Sox, comply with the Group Internal Control Framework or other policies/compliance requirements such as GxP.
• Respond promptly to audit queries (internal, external, financial, non-financial).
• React quickly to new issues to keep the supply chain moving, ensuring compliance with global trade, financial, legal, and fiscal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• MBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or a relevant field

Preferred:

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with financial data in a large global organization
• Supply Chain and/or FMCG industry experience
• Experience working with outsourced BPO providers
