What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the SRE team to resolve issues, develop new features, and maintain our technology stack across frontend and backend technologies.
• Partner with Product and Delivery Managers to refine the product backlog, offering your expertise and gaining clarity when necessary.
• Review and provide feedback on designs, focusing on completeness, feasibility, and implementation effort.
• Work with the Product team to plan future sprints, contribute to story definition, and provide work estimates.
• Advocate for sprint goals and help motivate the team to complete sprints on time with minimal technical debt.
• Review code submissions to ensure quality, correctness, consistency, and performance standards are met.
• Regularly share project progress and features with client stakeholders.
• Share technical knowledge with the engineering department to bolster team skills.
• Help team members overcome technical challenges by offering support.
• Produce detailed documentation to enhance the developer experience on projects.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of Full Stack experience with expertise in Node.js and/or Python.
• A deep appreciation for design practices and the ability to maintain design integrity.
• A constructive attitude towards feedback and adaptability in fast-paced projects.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to advocate for project needs.
• Experience building full-stack applications using modern Typescript frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, Nest).
• Experience creating REST and GraphQL APIs with various databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• A passion for learning new technologies and enhancing engineering and technological skills.
• Experience contributing to technical design discussions and evaluating architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and regular participation in standups and ceremonies.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ML models and AI services (e.g., Google Cloud AI, Azure AI, AWS AI, GPT, Dialogflow, Claude, LangChain).
• Implementing ML algorithms in applications (e.g., TensorFlow, Synaptic, ML5.js, Spark ML).
• Agency experience is a plus.
