Required:

• Advanced degree (MA, MBA, MPH, MS, or PhD in life sciences, social sciences, or statistics) and/or significant experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research, consulting, or financial sectors.
• Familiarity with clinical research, drug development, and commercialization processes.
• Experience in modeling and forecasting pharmaceutical markets.
• Proficiency with key information resources (e.g., clinical trial and pipeline databases, sales/consumption data, physician audit databases).
• Experience with real-world data (e.g., claims, EHR).
• Knowledge of market access and reimbursement issues in major and/or growth markets.
• Ability to work with complex data sets.

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst role encompasses three main functions: market research and insight generation, project management and execution, and client service.

• Translate therapeutic expertise and market research data into actionable insights.
• Develop a robust understanding of drug development and commercialization dynamics in assigned markets.
• Conduct primary research through interviews and surveys with medical and healthcare experts.
• Analyze clinical data and commercial information to evaluate market trends, assess opportunities, and build market forecasts.
• Effectively communicate business insights through various formats (e.g., slide decks, live presentations).
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision.
