Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst role empowers business and HR leaders with internal workforce and external market insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and implement recommendations which boost workforce productivity and engagement. This guarantees Chromalloy consistently has an sufficiently qualified and experienced workforce that delivers for its clients. This role will form part of the broader HR team to support the attraction, retention, and development of critical skills that facilitate business performance.

Job Duties:
- Create, assess, and synthesize complex reports; present clear findings while effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee data management and data governance for HR reporting.
- Manage data modeling, cleansing, and enrichment, ensuring data quality, validation, and effective linkage.
- Visualize data to inspire actionable insights using data mining tools.
- Apply IT, mathematical, and statistical skills by utilizing best practices in statistical methods and data analysis.
- Utilize logical and creative thinking to resolve issues.
- Implement project management methodologies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
If you have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, or economics and five (5) or more years in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an HRIS Analyst a career with Chromalloy is a great choice. In addition to your education & experience, as a team player you should also have the following skills:
- Data visualization experience using ADP, Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based Human Capital Management Systems e.g. Ceridian Dayforce or Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work at our Palm Beach Gardens office (hybrid: three days onsite).
- Travel up to 15% to other Chromalloy sites.
- Experience in the manufacturing and/or Aerospace industry is a plus
- This position cannot currently support candidates who require work visa sponsorship, transfer, or future renewal.
