The Senior HRIS Analyst role empowers business and HR leaders with internal workforce and external market insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and implement recommendations which boost workforce productivity and engagement. This guarantees Chromalloy consistently has an sufficiently qualified and experienced workforce that delivers for its clients. This role will form part of the broader HR team to support the attraction, retention, and development of critical skills that facilitate business performance.

If you have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, or economics and five (5) or more years in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an HRIS Analyst a career with Chromalloy is a great choice.
