Analytic Consultants (Senior Insights Analyst) within the Customer Success Team are responsible for the execution of projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations, and are expected to manage client relationships independently. RESPONSIBILITIES Depicts data in tables, charts, and graphs; interprets sales data and consumer data; possesses basic portfolio knowledge. Manages and refreshes regular reports. Prepares and delivers analysis and presentations, builds a story and finalizes conclusions and recommendations. Proposes calculation of Quantified Business Opportunity. Uses internal tools and data sources, coaching Interns and Juniors. Discusses advanced analysis design to answer client queries with Client Business Partner/client with the support of senior team members, following and fully owning ways of working process. Independently interacts with clients regarding basic client needs; leads client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person. Aligns actions with the Service level of the assigned client. Recognizes sales opportunities at client meetings/during analysis. REQUIREMENTS Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills. Good analytical abilities, ability to interpret sales and consumer data. Ability to work independently within a virtual environment. Good interpersonal skills. Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage schedules. Interest in FMCG and client dynamics. Good project management skills, specifically for SPOC or Champion roles. Interest in the financial and business environment of the clients and the industry.
