Position Overview: In this vital role, you will be part of the IS Asset and Supply Chain Management team, collaborating with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, ServiceNow, and Oracle teams. Your primary mission will be to provide world-class IS equipment services to our dedicated caregivers. This position requires a strong focus on data analytics to manage and improve asset and inventory processes throughout the entire workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategies to reduce inventory carrying costs within the Supply Chain.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Asset and Inventory Management while implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance caregiver satisfaction.
  • Standardize analytical methods to support the Asset and Inventory Management teams.
  • Prepare and provide regular performance reports to senior management, leveraging data from Supplier, ServiceNow, Oracle, and other sources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years in infrastructure and/or application technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Data Analytics.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Business Analyst, or equivalent is favorable.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle is highly desirable.
