About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our 40+ team of Researchers and Engineers in the R&D Department. This role is centered on addressing the challenges of Generative AI, aiming to produce highly realistic and emotional Synthetic humans via text-to-video technology. Led by Prof. Vittorio Ferrari, our Director of Science, you’ll play a critical role in our innovative projects that reach over 55,000 businesses globally.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and research audio/video data generation techniques for human representation in videos.
  • Design data processing methods and tools to prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning.
  • Propose new infrastructure to enhance model development and accelerate delivery.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate outcomes for training models on our extensive compute cluster.
  • Implement and oversee the integration of new AI models into our production systems.
  • Collaborate with our international research teams across Europe.

Who Are You?

You are a dynamic engineer with robust experience in audio/video processing and data manipulation within the realm of large-scale generative AI models. With a strong track record in machine learning from inception to deployment, you demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
  • Experience in audio/video analysis or generative AI.
  • A history of developing impactful ML models and solutions.
  • Academic qualifications (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
