Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Bitso, you will enable advanced analytics products across multiple departments including Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations. Your expertise in machine learning will drive substantial value for our users and play a critical role in our MLOps team, ensuring best practices throughout the entire model lifecycle.

You will:

• Collaborate with data scientists to refine model requirements and implementation.
• Design and develop robust CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of machine learning architectures.
• Implement efficient data processing libraries and manage model serving architectures.
• Maintain a leading-edge understanding of ML technologies and MLOps practices.

Who You Are

With a degree in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience as an ML Engineer, you are ready to take on complex challenges:

• Proven track record in developing machine learning solutions.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD, Databricks, MLflow, and automatic testing practices.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves include an advanced degree in relevant fields, data engineering experience, or familiarity with Terraform.
