THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Master Data Analyst at Thrive Market to oversee, monitor, and analyze master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. This role will report to the Director of ERP and act as an intermediary between Merchandising, Supply Chain, and ERP to maintain our master data and create the necessary standards and processes for clean, effective, and accurate data. This is a thrilling opportunity for someone who wants to positively influence an organization while working cross-functionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This hands-on role involves creating, updating, and managing vendor and item master data within our master data system (Simplain) and ERP (NetSuite). The role also involves managing the item product lifecycle within the Thrive Market ecosystem, auditing and validating around 6,000 SKUs, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for all master data functions in Confluence, identifying areas for data quality improvements, assisting in data management, data governance and ensuring data quality to guarantee functional master data integrity across different departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have 2+ (4+) years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.The experience with NetSuite and prior experience in grocery retail is preferred.
