Your Role and Impact

As an integral member of our Machine Learning Platform team based in Cairo, you will advance our ML capabilities to manage hundreds of models effortlessly. You will design and implement services crucial for releasing AI and data science models that handle terabytes of data, from automatic training and deployment to robust monitoring systems. This role includes enhancing model repositories, feature stores, and developing a comprehensive data access layer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee deployment pipelines for ML models, ensuring efficient transitions from development to production.
• Review and approve code changes and pull requests from our dedicated data science team.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and monitor model performance post-deployment.
• Containerize models using Docker for deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Setup and maintain monitoring tools to track performance metrics and establish alerts for proactive issue resolution.
• Collect and analyze monitoring data to optimize system performance continuously.
• Collaborate across teams to innovate and refine product capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and operation of ML technologies.

What We Require:

You are a seasoned professional with proven experience in managing large-scale, distributed data processing systems and the ML lifecycle. Your expertise includes:

• Deep familiarity with ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, mlflow, and others.
• Strong knowledge of data processing technologies, including Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and in utilizing both relational and non-relational databases.
• Sound understanding of network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and secure data protocols.
• Excellence in Python, Java, or similar high concurrency languages.
