Role Overview

As part of the Technology & Innovation team, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics focusing on traction inverters, on-board chargers, and DC/DC converters.
  • Engage in activities ranging from component analysis to full system simulation, aiming to optimize performance, cost, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to spearhead innovations and improve existing products.
  • Immerse yourself in professional development through conferences, seminars, and hands-on project management.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Innovate in power electronics to enhance leadership in performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct detailed mechanical and thermal management modeling for power electronics assemblies.
  • Develop and test power electronics, analyzing data to fine-tune design and performance.
  • Engage in technical scouting and project creation to discover new product opportunities.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Master’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in technical roles focusing on power electronics design, development, and testing.
  • Proven project management skills and multidisciplinary engineering expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and robust knowledge of Wide Bandgap (WBG) devices.

Preferred:

  • Ph.D. or advanced research in power electronics or related fields.
  • Experience in powertrain systems testing and 3D CAD modeling.
  • Proficiency in simulation and data analysis tools such as ANSYS, Matlab-Simulink, and CAD software.
  • Experience in technical scouting and innovation project management.
