About the Role

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing reports, and aiding other departments in making informed business decisions. You'll find yourself at the heart of our vision to shape the future of digital banking.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining reporting processes with Power BI.
• Gathering requirements and understanding business needs comprehensively.
• Improving our existing reporting infrastructure and enhancing data quality.
• Manipulating and analyzing complex data sets relevant to business goals.
• Leading and supporting a team of BI Analysts.
• Providing insights and forecasts through product data analysis.
• Contributing to product development and strategy adjustments based on analytics.
• Supporting data science initiatives and other relevant tasks as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates should have:

• Proficient knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming/scripting (e.g., Python).
• Strong analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• An academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar fields, or at least four years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the financial services or fintech sector.
• A dynamic, startup mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
