(Senior) Product Manager (Machine Learning)

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our innovative team in creating cutting-edge ML-powered products that will drive business value and transform Allegro. The Machine Learning Research team is focused on delivering ML products that bring value to the entire organization. We work on NLP, ranking, retrieval, recommendation, computer vision, and Generative AI. What will your main responsibilities include? - Connecting the technical expertise of the Machine Learning R&D team with expertise of different Allegro business areas, like Product Catalog Services, Customer Experience Services, Personalisation, Performance Marketing, Search and AI-driven Advertising - Translating business ideas into Machine Learning concepts, collecting and analyzing technical needs and requirements - Building ML-based products with clearly defined objectives and key results. Defining an adequate KPI framework to translate ML metrics to product KPI’s - Composing a comprehensive and coherent ML-based products’ portfolio for specified areas like Search or NLP - Ensuring that the ML-based solution produces insights that the business can interpret and execute on and engineers can build reliable services using them - Cooperating closely with Product Managers and Tech Leaders across the organization to synchronize work between them and data science teams - Reporting dependencies to the machine learning teams and tech leaders, coordinate dependencies between AI-related projects Why should you work at Allegro? - Are you interested in Machine Learning (ML) technology?
