Your Role: Senior R&D Data Scientist

As a pivotal part of our Operational Design Center within Global Development Operations, you will use data-driven strategies to accelerate the delivery of innovative medicines. Your expertise in predictive modeling will support clinical study feasibility and operational planning, enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining analytic solutions that forecast clinical trial metrics and deliver meaningful insights to guide our strategic decisions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data science within a biopharmaceutical R&D environment.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes from discovery through clinical development.
• Experience with clinical development in Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology is advantageous.
• Proficient in data science techniques, machine learning, and software such as R, Python, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in diverse, multinational teams.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
