About the Role

We are seeking passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals for the role of Senior Statistical Programmer. In this position, you will lead and manage statistical programming projects, emphasizing CDISC ADaM programming. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills and showcase your talent in a progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and validate standard data structures and software.
• Design and write maintainable, supportable, well-documented departmental macros.
• Monitor and improve procedures for program development and validation.
• Assist in training statisticians/programmers to develop data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline, with a Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Relevant experience in creating and validating analysis datasets (preferably CDISC ADaM standard), tables, listings, and graphs.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies.
• Professional leadership and exceptional communication skills.
