Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary role of the DMLT team is to guide and support our customers through essential data management and landscape transformations. This includes adapting their strategies to meet dynamic business and market requirements through various services such as:

• Data migration and transitions to SAP S/4HANA
• Management of IT challenges following mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Optimization of business processes and organizational structures
• Enhancements in data governance and quality

We aim to support our clients with strategic planning and digital transformation ventures, ensuring their successful adaptation to digital platforms with SAP’s cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant role involves:

• Identifying and architecting solutions tailored to customer needs using the DMLT portfolio.
• Leading workshops and consultations to determine the optimal service offerings for clients.
• Delivering DMLT projects both remotely and on-site, across regional and global teams.
• Engaging in continuous improvement of solution offerings based on market trends and project feedback.
• Building and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders both within SAP and on the client-side.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Strong experience in SAP ERP or S/4HANA solutions and modules, with specific expertise in data transformation and migration.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• An innovative mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
