Job Description

We are looking for a talented Snowflake Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves:

• Collaborating with the onshore CoEnterprise team to craft and implement robust data warehousing solutions utilizing Snowflake.
• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring effective ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)/ELT processes.
• Providing expertise on Snowflake’s features, including user and role management, resource monitoring, and more.
• Integrating and managing Snowflake with cloud solutions and analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Conducting QA testing, managing system development lifecycle stages, and preparing for production deployments.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and business documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud.
• At least 3 years in data solution delivery in consulting environments, preferably within mid-market or enterprise levels.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and experience in data warehouse design.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, JavaScript, R, or similar languages, and knowledge of integration between AWS S3 and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with secure identity management systems like Okta and integration using APIs and custom connectors.

Qualifications and Professional Skills:

• Strong ability to create structured technical business documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a capability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication skills for seamless interaction with stakeholders and the onshore team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Snowflake certification is a plus.
