What You Will Do as a Software Engineer, NLP/ML

You will:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced NLP algorithms and models for complex problems in Conversation Analytics.
• Handle data engineering and processing to compile large-scale conversation data sets for NLP model training and evaluation.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for NLP applications.
• Enhance deployment efficiency of models while ensuring scalability and resource optimization.
• Engage in cutting-edge research in NLP to contribute to innovative Conversation Analytics methodologies.
• Assess new technologies to enrich our NLP capabilities and conversation analytics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

We're Looking For

Candidates who possess:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a record of implementing sophisticated NLP algorithms.

• Exceptional communication skills and aptitude to think innovatively and critically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of comprehensive experience in ML model training, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, NLP tasks such as text classification and clustering, and libraries like spaCy.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and big data tools (PySpark, MapReduce).
