• Mentoring and training your peers and junior colleagues, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

• Proven experience in leading data integration and management solutions across multiple sectors, with a strong command of Ab Initio and other data fabric technologies.
• Expertise in large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly those that integrate legacy and emerging technologies to enhance enterprise architecture.
• Advanced skills in Ab Initio product tools and data engineering, complemented by leadership capabilities in guiding teams and strategic projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex technologies for various audiences.
