Your Role

Are you excited about advancing AI creativity? We're looking for a Generative AI Specialist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions using generative AI models. You will leverage state-of-the-art language models to craft intelligent and impactful applications.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written).

Primary Skills:

• Over two years of experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• Expertise with large language models (ChatGPT, Llama-2/3, Mistral, GPT-3.5/4).
• Experience with frameworks like Langchain or Llamaindex and RAG approaches.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with prompt engineering.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience developing Agents in enterprise contexts is a plus.

Secondary Skills:

• Analytical thinking to address business problems with GenAI solutions.
• Experience in working with GBS functions or similar shared services environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work in dynamic, research-oriented teams on concurrent projects.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Stay current with generative AI industry trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conversational AI Solutions: Create virtual assistants, chatbots, and conversational AI systems using cutting-edge technology and LLM models.
• NLP Techniques: Apply advanced NLP techniques to solve real-world GBS domain problems.
• Customize Prompts: Develop and fine-tune prompts tailored to specific domains or tasks using pre-trained LLMs.
• Integrate LLMs into Products: Work with software engineers to embed LLMs into various applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Text Generation: Utilize LLMs to create content such as articles, marketing copy, and personalized recommendations.
• Ethical AI: Address ethical considerations, biases, and promote fairness in AI-generated content.
• Innovate: Continuously explore new GenAI applications and drive innovation.
• AI Champion: Provide technical expertise to integrate generative AI solutions across products and services. Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
