What You Will Do:

As an SSA, you'll become the trusted machine learning technical expert for both our esteemed clients and our internal Field Engineering team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and architecting robust machine learning solutions across various domains using our unified platform, ensuring the full integration of end-to-end ML pipelines and cloud-native services.
• Enhancing the technical proficiency of our Solutions Architects by providing them with superior support during the technical sales process, covering all aspects of machine learning operations within our platform.
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to align customer feedback with future product enhancements and roadmap planning.
• Acting as a primary technical advisor and mentor within the GenAI and machine learning community, helping clients innovate with RAG architectures, natural language processing, and more.

What We Look For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years hands-on industry experience in Machine Learning, with expertise in ML Engineering or Data Science roles focusing on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and advanced NLP techniques.
• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge within the machine learning space.

Preferred qualifications include customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles and familiarity with Apache Spark™ for processing large-scale distributed datasets.

Salary Transparency:

We believe in fair and transparent compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $139,800 to $247,300 USD across all zones. Your individual compensation package will be determined by your skills, experience, and location.
