Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL/BI Developer to design and develop advanced SSIS solutions. This role involves creating automated operational reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Candidates should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL BI Stack, including SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX. You'll also engage in understanding, designing, and researching emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly manage SQL Server, SSIS, and T-SQL, preferably on Azure and/or SQL 2016+.
• Architect and develop data transformation solutions using Microsoft SSIS/SQL ETL tools.
• Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Design, implement, and manage SQL database objects and security settings.
• Optimize and debug existing SSIS/ETL processes for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI and SSRS.
• Author complex reports with multiple data sources, queries, and automation features.
• Improve database performance and troubleshoot interoperability issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and document business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Research and conduct proof of concept tests for emerging issues and technologies.
• Support Quality Acceptance Testing by developing/refining test plans.
• Lead design review meetings with scrum teams to validate requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and defects.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in SQL programming using SSIS/SSRS and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, DevOps, GIT, and CI processes.
• Familiarity with the Agile framework and scrum team dynamics.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C#.
• Understanding of healthcare data and concepts.
• Exposure to QNXT is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required Experience: 3-4 years.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Experience: 5-6 years.
