At Cardinal Health, the Medical Products Business Intelligence Team is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to enhance our strategy development and execution within the Global Medical Products business. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission by leveraging data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions across the enterprise.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Global Upstream Marketing, Customer Research, and Digital Solutions Teams to design and deliver analytical solutions that critically shape the strategic trajectory of our portfolio. This role requires a proactive approach to transforming business needs into actionable insights through a deep comprehension of diverse data platforms.

As a Sr. Data Analyst at Cardinal Health, you'll be at the forefront of developing and refining the processes and tools necessary to derive meaningful insights from the expansive Cardinal Data ecosystem. Your expertise will not only influence direct strategies but also foster knowledge and growth across the company.

What You Will Bring

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, showcasing a robust capability in applying and communicating advanced analytics concepts.
  • Strong competency in systems like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages such Mondern (e.g., R, Python) and knowledge of SQL Server.
  • Proven ability to effectively convey information and insights through visual design.
  • A track record of collaborative project management and a solutions-driven approach to complex problems.

Salary, Benefits, and Work Culture

This remote position involves up to 15% travel, accommodating domestic and international business needs. Flexible hours necessitate possible early morning or evening commitments.
