Job Description: Sr. Data Operations

We are seeking a Sr. Data Operations professional to enhance our data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for accuracy and consistency, ensuring data synchronization with dashboards, and manually updating systems when necessary. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing data for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensuring data synchronization with dashboards and confirming accuracy.
• Manually updating systems when automated synchronization is unavailable.
• Tracking inventory details manually, including entry dates, SKUs, testing dates, and sales dates.
• Generating and reporting weekly and monthly sales data, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and account balances.
• Reconciling invoices for logistics, insurance, and freelance usage.
• Recording purchases accurately in the finance system (Peakflo) and tracking purchases on platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee.
• Creating weekly and monthly budget forecasts and realizations.
• Comparing budgeted figures with actual invoices and preparing reconciliation reports.
• Overseeing mobile phone testing to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members for smooth operations and accurate data reporting.
• Communicating effectively with the team to ensure operational alignment and understanding.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, data management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data management and financial software (e.g., Peakflo).
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong skills in manual data administration.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
