Summary

The Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing IT Infrastructure and Enterprise workloads deployed on multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). This role requires functional knowledge and technical expertise in designing IT solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring security, and driving global business transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of onsite and offshore infrastructure administration.
• Design technical architecture roadmaps in alignment with business requirements.
• Evaluate and prototype infrastructure solutions for availability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, software engineering, DevOps) for seamless AI system integration.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to identify and address issues proactively.
• Research new AI technologies and best practices for continual improvement.
• Conduct security reviews with cloud and corporate security teams.
• Provide regular reports on IT infrastructure health and performance to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure services with providers like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in supporting cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience with Containers (ECS/Kubernetes/Docker), software-defined storage, and software-defined networking.
• Knowledge of network architecture, including SDWAN, Firewalls, zero-trust, and more.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI model deployment best practices.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

California Salary Disclosure: The expected salary for this position in our California office is $130,560 - $163,200. Pay is determined based on factors such as experience in the field. Employees are eligible for our variable pay program, subject to conditions.
