Team Description:

As the product leader for Recommendation and Insights, you will spearhead the launch and continual development of Pendo's latest module. This role calls for a visionary who will steer product strategy, inspire the team, and effectively champion the product's value across the organization. Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships, serving as the go-to expert in your domain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Articulate the strategic "why" to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Lead experimental approaches to problem-solving and validate their effectiveness.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain daily engagement with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Design.
• Outline clear problem statements, desired outcomes, and structured delivery plans.
• Participate in customer interactions for discovery, roadmap planning, and forming partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four or more years in the B2B SaaS Enterprise space, with at least two years focused on ML products.
• Track record of successfully launching new products or features within the B2B sector.
• Fluency in English with exemplary communication skills.
• Proficiency with analytical and AI-driven insights/recommendation tools.
• Skilled in crafting nimble delivery strategies and making decisive actions under uncertainty.
• Effective navigation in matrix organizational structures.
