At JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services firm, our Commercial Banking Strategy team is looking for a Strategy & Business Intelligence Associate. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in strategy, data science, and analytics, eager to influence the strategic direction of our commercial banking business.

About the Role

As an integral member of our newly established Business Intelligence team, you will leverage your expertise in analytics and strategy to define, refine, and achieve the strategic objectives of our firm. You’ll spend your days crafting high-value growth strategies, using advanced analytical, predictive, and machine learning techniques to turn complex data into actionable insights.

This position involves significant interaction with senior leaders, driving end-to-end execution of data-driven projects, and supporting strategic decision-making processes across the Commercial Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Execute market research and advanced analytical projects to support the bank’s strategic growth.
• Develop analytical and predictive models using both proprietary and third-party data.
• Create compelling narratives and presentations to facilitate decision making and stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Strategy, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics; Consulting background preferred.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or Qliksense.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and apply advanced analytical techniques.
• Strong academic background with a CA, MBA, MTech, or PhD from a top-tier institution.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services.
• Additional qualifications in data science or business analytics.
• A strong quantitative background.
