Responsibilities: - Act as the main integration team interface with customers, leading and directing technical discussions - Serve as the primary conduit with all other departments (Product, Design, etc.) to aid the deployment team with particular questions or non-standard processes - Assume responsibility for system technical documentation, respecting end user needs - Define and devise certification strategies for the complete solution - Guarantee the correct application of Exotec engineering processes and standards throughout the deployment integration phase - Ensure all systems are flawlessly assembled into a cohesive and elegant solution - Proactively support Project Operations teams regarding any product issues - Suggest progression ideas for the department roadmap - Execute high-quality deliverables on complex tasks and propose innovative solutions to resolve intricate issues, predicting potential problems before they take place Requirements: - A substantial understanding of various Warehouse Management Software (WMS) platforms, especially with knowledge and experience in WMS assimilation - A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related software engineering or software integration role, preferable in the warehousing, logistics and materials handling industry - Technical abilities such as SQL, Postgre SQL, JavaScript, and Web - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field like Computer Science - Experience in leading software integration projects, from inception to completion - Ability to be decisive and, when necessary, conduct tough discussions with members of the internal team and external clients - Confidence in mentoring others - Organized, precise and exceptional attention to detail - Proficient problem solver who works systematically Benefits: - Stock option plan and performance-based company bonus - Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage - Generous holiday pay and time off - Retirement savings plan (401(k)) - Ample training and development opportunities Exotec is an equal opportunity employer and all applicants will be considered irrespective of race, religion, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, military or veteran status, genetic information, marital status, ethnicity, or any other protected classification, in compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws.
