Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Program Manager, your role will be instrumental in initiating programs in new, ambiguous areas, which includes managing interdependencies across multiple teams. Your expert ability to understand technical requirements, coupled with your skill in roadmap evolution and risk management, will ensure the delivery of top-notch features that meet diverse product needs. Your leadership will be crucial in driving technical excellence and fostering best practices amidst our dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

• Bootstrapping programs, understanding complex dependencies, and making pivotal decisions.
• Developing strategic plans to mitigate risks and achieve program benchmarks.
• End-to-end ownership and thought leadership to shape program direction and operational plans.
• Driving integration and technical excellence within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 7 years' experience in technical program management, software/systems engineering.
• Proven track record of developing Machine Learning technologies and implementing them into tangible products.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in complex, multifaceted products and programs.
• Autonomous operation across multiple teams with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in large-scale systems.
• Exceptional communication capabilities with various stakeholders, translating technical details into business relevant language and vice versa.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $167,000 to $230,000 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Specific compensation packages are tailored based on experience, skills, and location.
