Join Our Team: Reliability Engineer and Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As a Reliability Engineer and Data Analyst, you will:

  • Utilize the Asset Performance Management (APM) tool for Europe.
  • Digitize existing maintenance concepts into actionable strategies for use in APM.
  • Monitor and analyze machine data from various sources, including real-time data from connected machines, to detect patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
  • Define and maintain the asset model in APM and manage the load of master data from adjacent systems into APM.
  • Monitor and support the development of Health Indicators and Smart Signals for predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the cluster and relevant global SIG departments.
  • Optimize maintenance strategies, defining the optimal mix of tactics such as preventive, condition-based, corrective, run-to-failure, and predictive maintenance.
  • Analyze equipment performance, failure reasons, and downtimes (work history analysis).
  • Create benchmarks and performance comparisons based on data analysis.
  • Conduct quality data analysis to identify and optimize top system failures and cost drivers.
  • Manage automation/connectivity projects to improve system performance.

Skills, Experience & Education

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
