About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Engineer and Team Lead for our newly formed Tooling team at Qventus. The Tooling team's purpose is to scale our solutions by providing essential tools for our internal and external stakeholders. You will drive the design, development, and management of internal tools that enhance data management and product configuration. This ensures the timely delivery of high-quality products to clients and allows non-technical users to optimize our solutions for better patient and doctor outcomes nationwide.

In this role, you will design and build impactful tools that integrate seamlessly with our Qventus architecture, supporting the timely and quality delivery of core services. You will lead the development of tools like automated ingestion validation, configuration management, metadata collection, and optimization interfaces, enabling end-users to tailor our ML interventions to their needs. Collaborating closely with PMs and cross-functional leaders, you will ensure that our tooling strategy delivers significant value to our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of internal tools, ensuring seamless integration with the Qventus architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to align the tooling strategy with organizational goals, enhancing client experience and delivering value.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of technical solutions, including design, prototyping, development, and implementation, and evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate cloud/on-premise/open-source platforms and services.
  • Work with core R&D teams to develop and maintain robust data monitoring and validation strategies for stable and streamlined hospital integrations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong fundamentals in data management and software engineering; proficient in modern data architectures, programming (Python preferred), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
  • Hands-on experience developing intuitive tools for non/semi-technical users.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.

It’s a Plus if You Have:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or related fields, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and user interface design principles.
  • Experience with low-code application builders (Superblocks).
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and data analytics tools.
