MAS Holdings is seeking a qualified and driven Technology Entrepreneur to join our team. As a Technology Entrepreneur, you will:

• Work with searchlight core teams on long-term projects supporting MAS’s core business by developing innovative solutions.
• Initiate and develop new technologies in AI and algorithms.
• Provide cutting-edge solutions for short-term tech challenges from various MAS divisions.
• Create and initiate testing mechanisms for developed algorithms, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Analyse and solve problems through innovative thinking.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology partners.
• Forge new partnerships within our Eco-system.
• Stay curious about global innovative solutions and adapt strategic technologies for MAS.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, or a Degree in Sciences with experience in Scientific Programming.
• Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following fields: Image Processing, AI and Machine Learning, Signal Processing, Mathematical Optimization, and Numerical Computing.
• Solid understanding of Python or an equivalent programming language.
• Advanced knowledge of fundamental mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
• Experience in UI/UX development (highly advantageous).
• We welcome both fresh graduates and applicants with 1 to 2 years of experience.
