We are seeking a talented Sr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Walmart, based in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics – Outbound Transportation.
The Sr. Data Analyst will support the implementation of business solutions through building relationships, identifying business needs, and performing data analysis. This involves data collection, analysis, and visualizing findings using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Understand data sources, integrate data, and perform analysis using SQL and Python. Visualize findings on a Tableau dashboard, monitor daily, and flag any outliers. Conduct exploratory analysis to inform the team of significant findings.
Prepare executive presentations to communicate strategic recommendations based on your research and data analysis. Review and refine findings based on partner feedback to provide actionable insights.
Build and manage parts of algorithmic products/models and ensure consistency with overall product goals. Use existing Walmart tools to verify findings and run simulations to test theories.
Generate new ideas and contribute to proof-of-concepts for projects. Apply research knowledge to innovate and develop new information.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members, managers, and specialists to ensure project success.
Own small projects end-to-end, ensuring product functionality and identifying new information to support the product owner.
Python, SQL, GCP, Tableau, and Excel expertise.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may also include stock options.
