RTX is actively seeking a skilled Associate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role, where you will enjoy the flexibility of working both onsite and offsite.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Data Analyst at RTX, you will:

• Collect and analyze complex datasets to drive meaningful business insights and actionable metrics.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to decode trends and patterns, influencing strategic business decisions.
• Enhance operational efficiency, customer understanding, and profitability through detailed analyses.
• Create and refine tools and processes to monitor data model performance and accuracy.
• Deliver scalable, repeatable, and automated analytical insights.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify key performance indicators in manufacturing, supply chain, and planning.
• Design and publish impactful metrics and reports that propel business objectives.
• Engage with key internal stakeholders to present findings and discuss actionable strategies.
• Work alongside global business teams to design solutions tailored to operational challenges.
• Maintain alignment with Global Technology standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies in data engineering to enhance skillsets continually.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Economics with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven track record as a Data Analyst, adept in implementing robust data analysis solutions.
• Experience in predictive modeling and familiarity with Big Data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Spark.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insights into Aerospace & Defense processes from design to manufacturing and post-sales support.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
• Understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and associated technology.
• Experience in Data Governance, Architecture, and Platforms.
• Comfortable in agile work environments and eager to learn new software and frameworks.
