About you Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising the input and storage of medical records and ECG data from different health systems. - Ensuring data privacy and adherence to healthcare data regulations. - Regular maintenance and updating of our databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility. - Setting, implementing, and monitoring data quality standards and best practices. - Regularly conducting audits to verify the accuracy and reliability of the data. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and uphold data governance policies. - Employing statistical tools and techniques to analyse medical records and ECG data. - Identifying trends, anomalies, or patterns that provide valuable insights for clinical and operational improvements. - Developing specialised dashboards and reports for medical professionals and internal stakeholders. - Converting complex medical data into understandable and actionable insights. - Working closely with healthcare professionals, IT, and other departments to ensure the smooth flow and utilisation of medical data. - Contributing to projects aimed at improving the data infrastructure and analytical capabilities. Requirements - A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. A mastering degree is preferable. - A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (like HIPAA). - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools like Superset. - A deep understanding of ECG data and medical record systems. - Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and privacy. - Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data findings into meaningful insights.
