About the Role: Data Analyst, Structured Finance (Navi Mumbai)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and multi-tasking Data Analyst to join our Structured Finance team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves assisting Structured Finance teams with rating committee tasks, quality control, and status reports. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support onshore analysts with pre and post Rating Committee activities
  • Ensure Conflicts of Interest Checks are completed prior to Rating Committee
  • Upload documents for Rating Committee
  • Set up rating committees as requested, including executing necessary conflict checks
  • Create and prepare materials for internal and external meetings
  • Review files and materials for adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Gather information for ad-hoc requests and produce weekly team updates
  • Review and execute rating letters and action confirmation letters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Management Studies
  • 0-2 years of relevant financial data experience, experience at a rating agency is a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to contribute as a team player
