In this role, you will compile actionable insights from data, assist program, sales, and marketing managers, and drive initiatives to optimize operational excellence and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Lifelancer, you will:

• Ensure smooth data flow from source to destination for processing.
• Utilize strong database skills to work with large and complex data sets for insights extraction.
• Filter and cleanse unstructured data into usable data sets for analysis to improve business processes.
• Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and collaborate with partners to integrate new data into the infrastructure.
• Build tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up capacity for analytics.
• Collaborate with program managers and business analysts to generate high-impact, actionable insights across different product lines and functions.
• Work closely with top management to prioritize data and analytical needs.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with a focus on Modeling/Data Science, preferably with over [X] years of experience.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language. Familiarity with R and statistical packages is preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with database technologies and tools such as SQL, R, SAS, JMP, data warehousing, transformation, and processing.
• Experience working with real data for customer insights, business analysis, and market analysis will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with text analytics, data mining, and social media analytics.
• Statistical knowledge in standard techniques such as Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Networks, Random Forests, and Ensembles.
