As part of the Uncapped team, you will contribute to building next-generation products tailored to fast-paced digital entrepreneurs. Our global expansion requires a team capable of leveraging internal data to generate high-level business intelligence, keeping our products competitive and delivering innovative services that address real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities ✍️

• Collaborate with back-end developers to utilize existing infrastructure for data collection and insight generation.
• Work closely with the Leadership team to define and create KPIs for tracking business metrics.
• Analyze data to provide stakeholders with insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure the performance and quality of analysis by conducting data integrity checks and peer code reviews.
• Resolve data queries through analysis or by facilitating self-service infrastructure for stakeholders.
• Continuously ask, learn, help, and grow within your role.

Qualifications 👀

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience shaping messy data for analysis.
• Possesses strong SQL skills and data visualization capabilities.
• Has experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., finance, gaming, food, healthcare).
• Is familiar with dbt, dataform, or similar tooling.
• Is accustomed to AGILE methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Is product-minded, always considering how their work impacts the customer.
• Takes initiative, is adaptable, and flexible.
