Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Collaborate with end users within the Financial Global Operations on future reporting and analytical solutions, handling both ad hoc and long-term projects.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, testing, and deployment of new reporting and analytical tools.
  • Engage with partners from GFIM and IT to drive enhancements and new projects.
  • Support the sustainability of new reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Adapt existing reporting systems in response to changes in data source landscapes or structures.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) in data integration and knowledge transfer across key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, or Business Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and management reporting.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Analysis for Office, BPC, Power BI, and Alteryx is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ECC systems.
  • Proven capability to handle sensitive and confidential data accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
