About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Data Scientist, Product Manager, and Engineering team to refine and validate cutting-edge analytic approaches for enhancing our security products.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and anomalies, enhancing the effectiveness of PingOne Protect products.
  • Address customer concerns on potential risks and fraud, crafting strategies to mitigate these threats.
  • Drive initiatives to improve cyber insights and reporting capabilities within our product suite.
  • Lead comprehensive proof of concepts from data analysis to solution testing and implementation.
  • Explore and integrate external data sources beneficial to Ping Identity’s product enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate complex data analysis results to a diverse stakeholder group, including those without a technical background.

Your Expertise

You should have:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Data Analysis within the cybersecurity or cyber research sectors.
  • Proven proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale data processing and complex query formulation.
  • Exceptional skills in data visualization and storytelling to deliver impactful insights.
  • Adept at communicating technical content across varied audiences.
  • Experience working alongside Product Development Teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and methodologies highly regarded.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong self-management and team collaboration capabilities.
